Salty and sour, this grapefruit-based cocktail is a unique mixed drink that’s easy to make
2 oz vodka
Â¾ oz Campari
3 oz grapefruit juice
Use a lime wedge to rim a short glass with Kosher salt. Fill the glass with ice, add the vodka, Campari, and grapefruit juice (Squeezed from a grapefruit, right?! Usually half a grapefruit will produce 3 oz), and stir. If you don’t want pulp in your drink, pour the juice through a sieve. Garnish with lime wedge.
