About this Cocktail
This was a cocktail special I ran on New Year's Eve, hence the name.
I just love Amaro Averna. Figs to play up the richer notes made a lot of sense, as did Prosecco to lighten the body and add effervescence.
1 Ounce Amaro Averna
.75 Ounce Fig & Brown Sugar Syrup
1 Dash Scrappy's Chocolate Bitters
Prosecco to top
• Add Averna and fig syrup to flute
• Top 2/3 of flute with prosecco
• Finish topping with prosecco
• Dash chocolate bitters
