This was part of a Christmas themed cocktail menu. It was a festive favorite.
1.5 parts Gin (juniper forward)
1 part cranberry juice
2 parts ginger beer
Sugar covered cranberries
Sugar coat cranberries and freeze.
Add gin and cranberry juice to shaker over ice. Shake. Strain contents in to copper mug over fresh ice. Add ginger beer to mug. Stir twice. Garnish with 3 frozen sugared cranberries, rosemary sprig and orange slice.
