About this Cocktail
Credit for this one goes to my old Rum Club compadre Dave Shenaut in Portland. No one knows how to pronounce its name -- maybe not even Dave. Hard to say, but easy to pound.
3/4 oz rye
3/4 oz Campari
3/4 oz fresh lime
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
Lime wedge or wheel
Shake first four ingredients until chilled, double-strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass or something similar. Top with ginger beer, give it a quick stir, and garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
