Spring/Summer Dinner Menu 2019
Basically an exaggerated Mule but the Caribbean Rum gives it a TiKi feel.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Angostura Rum 8yr
  • .75 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • .5 oz Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 Lime Squeeze
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • 2 oz Goslings Ginger Beer
Preparation:

Shake and strain everything but the Ginger Beer into a Collins Glass. Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with a Mint Sprig and a Lime Wheel on the Lip of the Glass.
