About this Cocktail

Adapted from the Bleu Duck. Added macadamia nut liqueur for slightly more complex flavor.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Highland Park 12 year single malt scotch (or similar)
  • 1/2 oz El Dorado 12 year aged rum (or similar)
  • 1/2 oz Trader Vic’s macadamia nut liqueur
  • 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
Preparation:

Shake all ingredients over ice. Serve over single large ice cube.
