About this Cocktail
Adapted from the Bleu Duck. Added macadamia nut liqueur for slightly more complex flavor.
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Highland Park 12 year single malt scotch (or similar)

1/2 oz El Dorado 12 year aged rum (or similar)

1/2 oz Trader Vic’s macadamia nut liqueur

1/2 oz orgeat syrup

1/2 oz fresh lime juice

1/2 oz simple syrup
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients over ice. Serve over single large ice cube.
