Made by Sara at this months Cocktail Club at The Good Spirits Co. in Glasgow
40ml Valdespino Amontillado Sherry
20ml Angostura 7 year old Rum
20ml Coco Lopez
20ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Lime Juice
Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker and shake. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
