About this Cocktail

How do you make a welcome cocktail for a Mezcal Tasting when you don’t have enough extra Mezcal? This was the challenge Sara faced at the Derrumbes tasting at the Good Spirits co in Glasgow. She absolutely nailed it with this drink.

Ingredients:
  • 3 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters
  • 7.5ml Cointreau
  • 60ml Tapatio Reposado Tequila
  • 7.5ml Port Askaig 8 year old whisky
Preparation:

Build first three ingredients in an ice filled rocks glass and stir briefly. Finish with a float of Port Askaig.
