About this Cocktail
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
2 tsp citrus zest
Heat all ingredients in a saucepan for 5 minutes, whisking until sugar dissolves (do not boil) & remove from heat.
Cool 10 minutes, strain through a fine-mesh strainer pressing solids, & store in airtight container for up to 1 month.
