One of my owners loves Swizzles, the Corpse Reviver #2, and funky rums. I created this for a Mixology Monday event I hosted with a Swizzle theme and gave the first successful prototype to my boss. My inspirations were a rhum agricole Corpse Reviver #2, Royal Bermuda Yacht Club, and the Test Pilot.
1 oz Rhum Agricole Blanc such as JM
1 oz Lillet Blanc (or Cocchi Americano)
1/2 oz Creole Shrubb (or other orange liqueur)
1/2 oz Velvet Falernum
1/2 oz Lime Juice
12 drop St. George Absinthe
Build in a Collins glass, fill with crushed ice, and swizzle to mix and chill. Add a straw. Float 4-5 dashes Peychaud's Bitters and a citrus peel boat.
