This is the Scottish twist on a recipe by Jessica Sanders from Austin TX original recipe. Matthew was very excited about the new Nick & Nora glasses used at the Good Spirits Co. Cocktail Club in Glasgow.
30ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
15ml Thompson Brothers Highland Gin
15ml Honey Syrup
10ml Fernet Branca
10ml Lime juice
2-3 dashes Lejay Cassis Bitters
Dehydrated Lime wheel garnish
Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
