About this Cocktail

This is the Scottish twist on a recipe by Jessica Sanders from Austin TX original recipe. Matthew was very excited about the new Nick & Nora glasses used at the Good Spirits Co. Cocktail Club in Glasgow.

Ingredients:
  • 30ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
  • 15ml Thompson Brothers Highland Gin
  • 15ml Honey Syrup
  • 10ml Fernet Branca
  • 10ml Lime juice
  • 2-3 dashes Lejay Cassis Bitters
  • Dehydrated Lime wheel garnish
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
