About this Cocktail

Served and invented at THE BOILERMAN BAR in Hamburg

Ingredients:
  • 60 ml Sloppy Joe's Mojito Premix Boilerman Style
  • 15 ml fresh Lime juice
  • 50 ml Soda
  • Garnish with Mint Spring
Preparation:

Sloppy Joe's Mojito Premix Boilerman Style

• 700 ml Bacardi Gold
• 250 ml Darbo Pomegranate Sirup
• 1 big Handfull of Mint.
• rub Mint to release Oils and Flavor - let rest for 30 min in the mix - fine strain - chill.

To build Highball mix all ingredients (chilled) in a 7-8 oz Highball Glass on ice, garnish, serve, enjoy!

    Ah, jetzt passt das mit dem Mischungsverhältnis Herr Meyer. In ihrem Sloppy Joe's Youtube Video, ist noch die Sprache von 1000ml Barcardi Gold und 300ml Darbo Granatapfel Sirup. Hatte das genau so ausprobiert und den Anteil Darbo dann doch auf 350ml auf 1000ml Barcardi Gold angehoben, weil es mir zu herb war. Aber trotzdem Danke, wie immer tolle Rezepte. Auch die Highballs mit Wassermelone, Super! Nur an Meyers Liebling hab ich mich noch nicht rangetraut! ;-)
