Served and invented at THE BOILERMAN BAR in Hamburg
60 ml Sloppy Joe's Mojito Premix Boilerman Style
15 ml fresh Lime juice
50 ml Soda
Garnish with Mint Spring
Sloppy Joe's Mojito Premix Boilerman Style
• 700 ml Bacardi Gold
• 250 ml Darbo Pomegranate Sirup
• 1 big Handfull of Mint.
• rub Mint to release Oils and Flavor - let rest for 30 min in the mix - fine strain - chill.
To build Highball mix all ingredients (chilled) in a 7-8 oz Highball Glass on ice, garnish, serve, enjoy!
