About this Cocktail

From Analogue, Chicago

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
  • 1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1/8 oz St Germain
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Garnish: Grapefruit Peel
Preparation:

Combine ingredients in a yarai and stir with ice to chill. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass containing one large piece of ice. Twist a grapefruit peel over the drink and then use as a garnish.
