About this Cocktail

This is a drink by me, it started life out as a Smash. Ginger and sage combine beautifully to make a warming riff on a refreshing Collins. Ginger liqueur has a base of Irish Whisky with nectarine, ginger and honey

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Plymouth Sloe Gin
  • 20ml homemade ginger liqueur
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 6-8 sage leaves
  • Topped with soda
Preparation:

Muddle lemon, sage and sugar syrup in the bottom of a shaker. Add sloe gin and ginger liqueur.
And shake
Fine strain over ice in a highball or Collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a couple of spanked sage leaves.
Serve
