About this Cocktail
Wanted a mezcal negroni type of drink so just tried to play off the ratios and add something different. Sweet entry, dry finish.
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Delirio Mezcal
- 0.75oz Aperol
- 0.75oz Amaro Nardini
- Dash of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters
Preparation:
Stir, strain and drink.
