About this Cocktail

A special feature we are running in July in conjunction with the Templeton Rye/ Heritage Pork Project.

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Templeton Rye
  • 1 Barspoon Pineapple Syrup
  • 4 Dashes Bacon Bitters
Preparation:

Place all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass over a Smoked 2in ice cube.

Garnish with some bits of Bacon.
