1.5 oz Bowmore Legend Islay Scotch
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
0.25 oz Green Chartreuse
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and muddle together. Shake with ice. Double strain into double old fashioned glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with mint sprig.
