About this Cocktail

Inspired by a drink made with St George pear brandy, sherry, and dry vermouth, I wanted to bring together more smoke but in a lighter presentation.

Ingredients:
  • 1 ¼ oz Alipus mescal
  • ½ oz St George spiced pear liqueur
  • ½ oz Berlina elderflower liqueur
  • ½ oz Meyer lemon juice
  • ½ oz Amontillado sherry
  • ⅓ oz Leopold Brothers Maraschino Liqueur
Preparation:

Stir everything together over ice. Strain into a couple glass. Enjoy.
