About this Cocktail
Inspired by a drink made with St George pear brandy, sherry, and dry vermouth, I wanted to bring together more smoke but in a lighter presentation.
Ingredients:

1 ¼ oz Alipus mescal

½ oz St George spiced pear liqueur

½ oz Berlina elderflower liqueur

½ oz Meyer lemon juice
-
½ oz Amontillado sherry
-
⅓ oz Leopold Brothers Maraschino Liqueur
Preparation:
Stir everything together over ice. Strain into a couple glass. Enjoy.
