Sommerset Sour

About this Cocktail
A variation on a brandy sour and one I feel is perfect as the weather closes in.
Ingredients:
- 45ml Sommerset 5yr Old Apple Brandy
- 15ml Cognac
- Hay Infused Egg White
- 25 ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Caster Sugar
Preparation:
Throw all of your ingredients into a glass and dry shake; once shaken add ice and shake again- garnish with a bobbing apple.
