About this Cocktail
Mom doesn't generally like gin, so we used Rye, and cut out the Campari, and added some other bitters. But, based on Czegroni by E.P. Hodeck (http://barnotes.co/recipes/czegroni)
3/4 oz Rye (Bulleit)
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth (Carpano Antica Formula)
3/4 oz Cranberry Liqueur (Clear Creek)
Dash of Aromatic Bitters (Bitter Truth)
Spritz of homemade Calamansi bitters infusion (http://barnotes.co/recipes/homemade-calamansi-bitters-infusion)
Treat a glass with the bitters. Drop a king ice cube into it. Put the rest of the ingredients in a shaker and shake. Pour through shaker's built-in strainer onto the ice. Serve!
