My smallest of tweaks to Bipolar Bartender’s gorgeous cocktail is the combined 50/50 split of Empress and Gordon’s Pink Gin. Evelina hails from Sweden & this is but one of her many drinks. My wife, also of Swedish ancestry needs some credit here as well — she is the photographer of all my “formal cocktail” pictures and her expression of this Valentine cocktail is a masterpiece!
3/4 oz Gordon’s Pink Gin
3/4 oz Empress Gin
1/2 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1/3 oz Lillet Blanc
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Combine all ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
Note, the original recipe uses solely strawberry gin plus 1/2 dropper of BPE.
