A small riff on the Spicy Gingerbread coming out of Delray Beach in Florida from @50Ocean. In lieu of Butterscotch Schnapps, I subbed in Buttershots. Either way, you’ve got yourself a fantastic cocktail. Feel free to add more Ginger Beer if that’s your thing or even a splash of ginger liquor.
1 oz Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Frangelico
1/2 oz Buttershots
2 oz Ginger Beer
Cinnamon Stick Garnish
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
Shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass over a small amount of fresh pebble ice or medium cubes into a chilled rocks glass.
