Recipe from Zacapa Rum
1.5 oz Zacapa 23 Rum
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Chamomile Syrup
0.25 oz St. Germaine
Garnish: Chamomile Flower
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a chamomile flower.
Make 1:1 simple syrup. Add chamomile tea bags. Let it seep for 15 minutes. Remove teabags and store in refrigerator.
