On a day most of the US faced a blizzard, how ‘bout a bright and airy cocktail from whats.marisa.drinking. So, give it a whirl and you’ll be happy you did. By the way, Marisa muddled a basil leaf, I didn’t.
1 1/2 oz Tanquerey Ten Gin
1/2 oz Caravella Limoncello
2/3 oz Hibiscus Syrup
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Lemon slice & flower garnishes
Hibiscus 🌺 Salt (rim)
Prepare a medium size rocks glass with lemon juice & a pink hibiscus salted rim. (My addition to the recipe)
Combine all ingredients (save the garnishes) into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and double strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
