About this Cocktail
I've had an unopened bottle of Bramley & Gage Greengage Liqueur in the cupboard for a while now & decided it was time to give it a whirl.
The result was sweet & tart & complex, & the ginger bitters (added afterwards) surprisingly tied it all together really well.
20ml Bramley & Gage Greengage Liqueur
20ml Gin (Bombay Sapphire used here for convenience)
12.5ml Olorosso Sherry
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Demerara Syrup (2:1)
1 Egg White
4 Drops Bitter Bastards Ginger Bitters
Dry shake all ingredients (perhaps not as hard as I did here to avoid an inch thick foam)
Shake. Strain. Sipp & Chatter.
