About this Cocktail

I created this drink for the Death & Co tiki recipe contest last year. I love coming up with new ways to use Plantation's Pineapple rum, and turns out it works quite well with the bittersweet, rhubarb based Zucca Rabarbaro.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Plantation Pineapple rum
  • .5 oz Zucca Rabarbaro
  • .5 oz fresh lime juice
  • .5 oz fresh grapefruit juice (pink)
  • .25 oz BG Reynolds Tiki Spices syrup
  • .25 oz pineapple gum syrup
Preparation:

Vigorously shake all ingredients with ice. Serve over crushed ice (or dirty dump) into vessel of your choosing, garnish away.

Also, adding a little Hamilton 151 never hurt anybody...
