About this Cocktail
German Christmas cake in a cocktail served to my family on Christmas Day.
2oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
1/2oz Creme de Prunelles Sureau
3/4oz freshly squeezed lemon
Dash of egg white or Aquafaba
Barspoon Rich Demerara Syrup
Dash of Bitter Truth Chocolate Bitters
Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled coupe and serve without garnish.
