Also, on the rocks, it looks like a glass of carrot juice with a big ass ice cube in it, so no pic for you! 1 2/3 oz gin
1 2/3 oz carrot juice
1 1/3 Tbsp sugar (or 2/3 oz simple syrup/gum syrup)
1/3 oz dry sherry
1 slice ginger, finely diced, or 1/3 oz ginger juice
Add all but garnish to a shaker, and shake vigorously with ice, especially vigorously if you’re using granulated sugar instead of syrup.
Decant to a martini glass, up, or into a double old fashioned with a big rock in it. If you’re using diced ginger, double-strain into the glass.
