About this Cocktail
Punch’s dark rum Mojito variation.
1/2 ounce Branca Menta
1/2 ounce 1:1 demerara syrup
1 ounce Black Strap Rum
1 ounce Trinidadian or Bahan brown rum
1 oz lime juice
Seltzer, to top
Shake all ingredients other than seltzer with ice,
then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice cubes.
Top with seltzer, and garnish with sprigs of mint.
