About this Cocktail

This drink closed the night at The Good Spirits Co. Halloween Cocktail Club in Glasgow. This would be an excellent cocktail to serve smoked in a cloche but it wasn’t practical for the numbers on the night. Roddy was blamed for naming the drink.

Ingredients:
  • 35ml Old Pultney 12 Year Old
  • 25ml Duc De Normandie Calvados
  • 10ml Bourbon smoked sugar syrup
  • 3ml Ancnoc Rascan Peated Speyside whisky
  • Dash Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters
  • Caramelised Apple garnish
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a caramelised Apple skewer.
