About this Cocktail

Inspired by colleague SpeakEasierUK this past summer with the intention that this could be a great holiday drink. Instead, I changed up the gin and the chocolate liqueur and made it for the new year.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Gordon’s Pink Gin
  • 1/2 oz Chambord
  • 1/4 oz Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon πŸ‹Juice
  • Egg White
  • 2 Raspberries (garnish)
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10 seconds until chilled.

Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with raspberries on a dress pick.
