Inspired by colleague SpeakEasierUK this past summer with the intention that this could be a great holiday drink. Instead, I changed up the gin and the chocolate liqueur and made it for the new year.
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10 seconds until chilled.
Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with raspberries on a dress pick.
