About this Cocktail
My cross of a Pegu Club with a Scofflaw, and named after another 19th century gentleman's social club for the British -- namely the Tanglin Club in Singapore.
1 oz Beefeater Gin
1 oz Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
1/2 oz Lime Juice
2 dash Angostura Bitters
Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with an orange twist.
