About this Cocktail
An easy, spicy riff on a French 75 with a naughtier number. Try with your favorite bitters that register something respectable on the Scoville scale.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Spirit Works Gin
- .75 oz lemon juice
- .50 oz simple syrup
- 3 dashes Bitter Queens Thai Spice Bitters
- Champagne
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients except Champagne over ice and strain into Champagne flute or long drink glass. Top with Champagne and garnish with lemon twist.
