About this Cocktail
My hybrid of Brooklyn, Creole, and 1919 Cocktails that I named after one of Brooklyn's most infamous speakeasies during Prohibition.
3/4 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Aged Rum
1 oz Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
1/4 oz Benedictine
1/4 oz Apricot Liqueur
2 dash Peychaud's Bitters
Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with an orange twist.
