About this Cocktail
A decadent blender drink to finish the night at The Good Spirits Co. Cocktail Club in Glasgow
50ml East London Demerara Rum
20ml Crème de Griottes Chocolat
15ml Madeira 5yo
150ml Full-fat Milk
Scoop of Ice Cream (your choice of flavour)
Tablespoon of caramelised banana
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend (without ice) until all ingredients create a thick consistency. Serve in a chilled wine glass and garnish with a generous slice of caramelised banana.
