About this Cocktail

A decadent blender drink to finish the night at The Good Spirits Co. Cocktail Club in Glasgow

Ingredients:
  • 50ml East London Demerara Rum
  • 20ml Crème de Griottes Chocolat
  • 15ml Madeira 5yo
  • 150ml Full-fat Milk
  • Scoop of Ice Cream (your choice of flavour)
  • Tablespoon of caramelised banana
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend (without ice) until all ingredients create a thick consistency. Serve in a chilled wine glass and garnish with a generous slice of caramelised banana.
