A coffee flavored & nuanced drink which doesn’t include espresso, mocha, or cafe au lait. And while you could serve this up, I like it best over Goldilocks sized ice, not a huge cube or a little pebble chard...just right, just like this cocktail is!
1 3/4 Old Overholt Rye
3/4 oz Kahlua Liqueur
2 dashes Hella Orange Bitters
Combine the ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain shaker contents into a chilled rocks glass over medium sized fresh ice.
Garnish with an orange peel and/or Luxardo Cherry (I prefer the latter)
