From Tom’s Town, Kansas City, MO: The Machine No. 4 White Port Bourbon Cocktail Recipes

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. The Machine No. 4: White Port Bourbon
  • .5 oz. White Creme de Cacao
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 2 ruby red grapefruit peels
Preparation:

In an old fashioned glass without ice, twist one grapefruit peel releasing the oils in the glass. Add ice and all other ingredients. Stir briefly. Garnish with the other grapefruit twist.
