2 oz. The Machine No. 4: White Port Bourbon
.5 oz. White Creme de Cacao
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 ruby red grapefruit peels
In an old fashioned glass without ice, twist one grapefruit peel releasing the oils in the glass. Add ice and all other ingredients. Stir briefly. Garnish with the other grapefruit twist.
