About this Cocktail
My variation on the popular Southside cocktail.
8 Fresh Mint leaves
2 drops Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
4 drops Eucalyptus Tincture
¾ oz Green Tea Lime Cordial
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Lemon-Thyme Cocchi Americano
Absinthe (spritzed in glass)
1½ oz Soda Water
1½ Lychee Rose Tea-Infused Gin
Muddle mint, juice, and cordial in highball glass, spritz absinthe in glass, fill with ice and add chilled soda water. Churn ingredients and garnish with a lime wedge and a fresh mint sprig.
