About this Cocktail
This low-alcohol recipe is part of a review I did for Berentzen Pear Liqueur. It's a super fresh, crisp and fruit forward liqueur which I've been using a lot of. #PearSeason
Review + more recipes:
2 oz Dolin Blanc or Lillet Blanc
3/4 oz Berentzen Pear Liqueur*
3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice
In tin, combine Blanc Vermouth, Pear Liqueur and Grapefruit Juice over ice and shake. Double strain into coupe, express Grapefruit peel and garnish.
*I am positive this would also be awesome with St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur or Pear Brandy/Eau-de-Vie.
