About this Cocktail

From p. 167 of Amaro by Parsons

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 oz Amaro Montenegro
  • 3/4 oz Bols Genever
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz passion fruit puree
  • garnish: grapefruit zest
Preparation:

combine ingredients with ice in shaker, strain into coupe, and garnish w/ grapefruit zest
