About this Cocktail
Took a Sir Knight (http://barnotes.co/recipes/sir-knight) and replaced the cognac with rhum agricole vieux.
And what do the Knights who say Neisson want?
A shrubbery.
Ingredients:
- 2oz Neisson Rhum Agricole Vieux
- .75oz Yellow Chartreuse
- .25oz Clement Creole Shrubb
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- Lemon Peel
Preparation:
Put first four ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass.
Stir and strain into a chilled coupe.
Twist peel and drop in drink.
Enjoy!
