About this Cocktail
This is from Elsa (now closed apparently) in NYC.
Barkeep was kind enough to share the recipe.
2 oz Caraway-infused Rye
.5 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Unfiltered apple cider
.5 oz Velvet falernum
.5 oz honey syrup
2 hits of Wormwood Bitters
Mint leaves (i don't know, four or five)
Combine all of the above into a shaker with ice. Shake it like you mean it.
Double strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice.
Slap rosemary and garnish.
