This was the final and favourite drink of the night at The Good Spirits Co. Cocktail Club in Glasgow this month. It was also their entry into the Absenteroux competition. The Pumpernickel bread goes perfectly with this unusual gin.
25ml Polugar Old Russian Gin
25ml Noix de la Saint Jean
Pumpernickel bread Garnish
Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until chilled and diluted to taste. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a slice of Pumpernickel bread.
