About this Cocktail

1.5 oz. Cynar
1 oz. gin
1 oz. dry vermouth
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 dash orange bitters
Shake with ice, strain into coupe, garnish with a thick orange peel.
