From the Bitter Fairy (via VanCity_Cocktails) comes a great cocktail with a wide ranging diverse recipe.
1.5 oz Cruzan Pineapple Rum
0.5 oz Campari
1.0 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
0.5 oz Orgeat
0.25 oz Agave
0.25 Stirrings Ginger Liqueur
Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 Egg White
Combine all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake for at least 20 seconds.
Fill shaker with ice and reshake until well chilled.
Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an orange peel “rosebud” on a pick and place a Luxardo Cherry into the bud center.
