About this Cocktail
Attempt to recreate the cocktail of the same name at Bloodhound. I like mine with mint. The Bloodhound version is more tart. If you care to go in that direction I'd go for 1.5-2 oz lime juice.
2 oz Templeton Rye
1 oz lime juice
0.25 oz St Germain elderflower liqueur
Combine the wet ingredients over ice and shake. Strain into a mason jar with ice and top off with ginger beer. Spank the mint and garnish.
