I invented this one based on my love of smoke and chocolate. It was chosen by Woodford Reserve as the winner of the home mixologist manhattan contest.
Ingredients:
2 oz bulleit rye
1 oz carpano antica
2 dashes Bittermanâs Xocolatl Mole bitters
Ardbeg scotch
Preparation:
**stirred and strained all non-scotch ingredients into a coupe glass that has been rinsed (or sprayed with an atomizer) with the Ardbeg scotch.
Garnish with orange twist
