About this Cocktail
This is a drink I made up tonight. It goes down quite easy, perhaps too easy!
Ingredients:

1.75 oz monkey shoulder scotch whiskey

1 oz Lillet
-
.5 oz St. Elizabeth's allspice dram
-
.25 Rich Demerara
-
.25 orange juice
-
Home made cinnamon bitters
-
Egg whites
-
Edible flower for garnish
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into the shaker. Dry shake with egg white. Add ice and shake again. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with an edible flower.
