On the stove, heat water to boiling and dissolve brown sugar. Add cinnamon stick, anise, salt, and vanilla. Slice satsumas in half, squeeze them in and drop the squeezed halves into the steaming mixture. Simmer for 5 to 10 min. Dissolve one scoop of chocolate ice cream. Pour into two small cups with two oz rum each. Serve with a star anise garnish. Enjoy!
