About this Cocktail
I made this at work for a cocktail feature. It's really just a souped up Manhattan.
Ingredients:

Two large basil leaves

1.5 oz bourbon (I used Jim Beam)

.5 oz sweet vermouth
-
1.5 oz pomegranate juice
-
Splash lemon
-
Basil sprig garnish
Preparation:
Spank basil, cover with ice. Combine all ingredients. Shake. Rocks glass. Basil garnish.
